When do uploads open and close?

The upload window follows the event date. Here's exactly how it works.

Uploads are gated by the event date, not just by whether the QR still scans. This keeps things predictable and reflects date changes you make after the QR was printed.

The upload window

  • Uploads stay open for the event day and the whole day after it, so guests can add the shots they took that night once they are home.
  • This is the same whether or not you unlocked the event with a credit — a credit buys capability (unlimited guests and invitations, no watermark), not extra time.
  • Need longer? Change the event date while no photos have been uploaded yet, and the window moves with it.

If a guest sees “Uploads for this event have closed,” the window has passed. Adjusting the event date reopens it where allowed.
