Enabling photo uploads
Uploads need a connected Drive folder and a published event. Troubleshoot a “not accepting uploads” message here.

For guests to upload, three things must be true: the event is published, your Google Drive is connected (so there's a folder to receive files), and the event's upload window is open.
- If the album shows “uploads aren't enabled yet,” connect Drive from the event overview.
- If guests see “Event isn't accepting uploads,” confirm the event is published and Drive is still connected.
- If guests see “closed,” check the upload window for your plan.
