The QR page includes a gallery of ready-made print designs with your event's QR code and short code already placed. Pick a style, customize the text, and print.

Formats

  • Posters — full-page signage for walls and easels.
  • Table tents — fold-over cards that stand on tables. They print in landscape so two fit side by side on an A4 sheet for easy folding.
  • Postcards — handout cards, fitted to make the most of an A4 page.

How to print

    On the QR page, browse the template gallery and pick a design.

  2. 02

    Use Customize to edit the wording, or Print to go straight to a print-ready page.

  3. 03

    In the print view, use your browser's print dialog — the layout is already sized for A4.

For sharp scanning, print at high quality and avoid scaling the page down. Keep the QR uncovered and well lit.
