Supported files and size limits

Momentrove accepts photos up to 25 MB and videos up to 250 MB through the upload page.

  • Photos — standard phone formats (JPEG, PNG, HEIC), up to 25 MB each.
  • Videos — up to 250 MB each, roughly 3–5 minutes off a phone.
  • Anything else, and files over the limit, are rejected with a clear message so the guest can try again.

Videos land in your gallery and your Google Drive, but they are not shown on the live slideshow — a clip buffering on the big screen is worse than not showing it. Long videos take a while on venue Wi-Fi, so ask guests to keep the upload screen open until it finishes.
