Publishing opens the doors. Then print or display the QR code so guests can join.

Once your event is published and Drive is connected, it's ready for guests.

    Publish the event from the event overview.

  2. 02

    Open the QR code page to see your event's QR and short code.

  3. 03

    Print a poster, table tent, or postcard — or show the QR on a screen. Guests scan, enter the code and their name, and start uploading.
