Buying credits and unlocking an event

Buy a credit pack from the Credits page, then spend one on the event you want to unlock.

Open Credits from the account menu to see your balance, buy a pack, and review what you've spent. Payment is handled by Stripe — we never see your card details.

    On Credits, pick a pack of 1, 5, or 10 and complete the checkout.

  2. 02

    Your balance updates as soon as the payment clears.

  3. 03

    Open the event you want to unlock and choose Use 1 credit. That event is unlocked from then on.

Unlocking takes effect immediately and doesn't change the upload window — a credit buys capability, not extra time. Credits never expire, so buying ahead of an event is safe.
